Flew to Guangzhou this morning (CA-1351). Got to the White Swan Hotel and found our room on the ninth floor. A small bus took us to the Civil Affairs Office where we met many children that were being adopted. We received Sophia. She is got a little bit of a cold, so we'll need to take good care of her. She is a very quiet baby (so far). She even fell asleep while other babies were crying. Assen is taking good care of her.

This is there words: We cannot wait to see all of you when you return - we hear that Sophia is oh - so cute. Have a safe trip. Bill and Marsha add: What a beautiful girl - how lucky you all are. Assen seems so happy with his new little sister. We too are enjoying this adventure with you and, at some point in time, hope to meet you all here in Florida if you visit Sandy and Cliff.
